JAMMU, May 20: Son of the soil and a well known Senior Joint Replacement Surgeon & Senior Consultant in Orthopaedics, Dr Vikas Padha today enlightened the students of DBN Vidya Mandir Mubarak Mandi School with his motivational lecture.
The School here today hosted an event titled “Oratory Odyssey”–a series of talk show lecture Episode -4, focusing on the basic factors which include attitude, ability and personality. The School had invited Dr Vikas Padha (currently working in Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Narayana Super speciality Hospital, Katra) as chief guest for an interactive session with the students.
Dr Padha graced the session as a guest speaker. He shared insightful words and enlightened the students with his wisdom. His presence indeed glorified the event and added vibrancy to the humble gathering of students and teachers.
In his lecture, Dr Padha termed the DBN Vidya Mandir Mubarak Mandi as an “Old Heritage School”. He gave the students useful information about Dogra history, contribution of the kings and other brave warriors.
Through his information about Dogra kings, he said all types of physical activity can contribute to bone, albeit in different ways. His message of overcoming bones issues with grace and determination left an indelible mark on all who were present in the event.
Principal Vishu Dogra further enriched the event with her words that “Confidence with a determination matters to face the challenges”.
Overall, the Oratory Odyssey was a fruitful event for students.
