JAMMU, Apr 27: Minister for Urban Development and Urban Local Bodies, Nawang Rigzin Jora today inspected the community hall constructed in Ward No 28, Gurha Bakshi Nagar.
The Minister appreciated the construction work undertaken by the Jammu Municipal Corporation at an estimated cost of Rs.35.38 lakh. The project includes construction of two stories and renovation of existing halls. The project is being undertaken under CCDP in different phases.
While inspecting the infrastructure the Minister instructed to add kitchen hall in the existing infrastructure, so that the hall is put to optimum use by general public. MLA (West) Prof Chaman Lal Gupta was also present on the occasion along with the prominent members of the ward.
