JAMMU, Sept 3: Jal Power Corporation Limited (JPCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NHPC, hosted its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing from its site office at Sikkip, District Soreng in Sikkim.
During meeting, Biswajit Basu, Chairman, JPCL addressed the shareholders.
Board members of JPCL R.P Sharma, U.S Sahi, Anuj Kapoor and Manjusha Mishra were present in the AGM.
Ram Swaroop, CEO, JPCL; Dr. Trilochan Behera, CFO, JPCL; Priyanka, CS, JPCL; Sushil Das from Statutory Auditor of JPCL and Garima Duggal from Secretarial Auditor of JPCL were also present in the AGM.
During AGM, the Chairman highlighted performance of the company and status of under construction project of the company.
