JSM to fight election, carry forward Statehood movement

JAMMU, Nov 9: Jammu State Morcha (JSM) has taken exception to Prof Virender Gupta, hereto, president, who has left the Morcha and joined BJP and termed it as against Statehood for Jammu province.
Addressing a press conference, Er Chandra Uday Sharma, general secretary, JSM, said that actually JSM was first dissolved by RSS, back stabbing the cause of people of Jammu province. They then assured that Statehood cause will be taken care of by BJP, then Ashwani Sharma, MLA and Prof Virender Gupta knowing the nature of this party, kept the flag of Statehood cause flying along with others.
He added that people of Jammu know that cause never dies with individuals and cause lives with movement and JSM will continue to run Statehhood movement for Jammu province as people of Jammu have no alternate to this.
The party has called upon the people of Jammu province to be part of the Statehood movement and support the candidates in the ongoing elections.
Those present in the press conference were Abdul Gani Choudhary, acting president, JSM, Surjeet Singh, Er Vishva Bandhu Gupta, Kanta Sharma, Romesh Singh, Yog Raj and others.
