JAMMU, Dec 8: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) in a joint meeting today demanded enhancement of cash relief to migrants in view of hike in prices of essential commodities.
The meeting which was chaired by Shadi Lal Pandita alleged that the present coalition has failed to solve the problems of migrants and it has completely ignored them.
The rates of essential commodities have increased many fold and the Government has also increased the rates of APL ration, said Pandita. He alleged that the relief for the month of November has not been released till date.
