JAMMU, Jan 22: A meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K was held here today under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, President of the Jagti Tenement Committee/Soan Kashmir Front. The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members of the committee.
While speaking Shadi Lal Pandita said that previous coalition of PDP and BJP has failed to mitigate the sufferings of the general masses of the State besides no efforts were made by the Government to ensure peace in the State as militancy has got boost in Valley.
The participants have said that Governor’s rule is a relief to the general masses as the voice of the masses was curbed by the collation Government of BJP and PDP.
Pandita demanded that present Assembly be dissolved and fresh elections be held and a new Government farmed.
He also demanded holding of onspot Police recruitment rally in Jagti filling of remaining 4000 posts under PM’S employment package and announcing one thousand additional posts for those migrant youths who could not continue their studies beyond 10th class due to poverty. Compensation to those youths of the community who have crossed the overage youth and permanent rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pandit Migrants in secured place by raising satellite township.
