JTC, SKF continue protest

JAMMU, Dec 28: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) continued their protest for the 88th consecutive day.
The protestors led by President JTC and SKF Shadi Lal Pandita held protests at Purkhoo and Muthi TRT camps.
While speaking, Pandita said that today is the 88th day of their protest, but till today Government has not met their demands.
The protestors reiterated their demands including enhancement of monthly cash relief from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000, free ration to those pensioners whose pension is very low, job package of 20,000 jobs be given to unemployed youth of KPs and out of these 5,000 Class VI should also be created for those the unemployed youth who could not send their children for higher education after matriculation due to poverty, interest free loans to over aged youth and rehabilitation of the community in Satellite townships near Baramulla, Srinagar and Anantnag.
