JTC warns Jagti bandh on Aug 25

JAMMU, Aug 23: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front, J&K in a joint meeting was held at Jagti camp warned to hold a protest at Jagti camp against the failure of Government to settle the problems of the camp inmates on August 25.
As per a release, the meeting said total bandh will be observed at Jagti in protest against the failure of Government to settle the problems including restoration of ration to the camps, providing of security to KP camps in Valley and their religious properties, erratic water supply to the camp, 16 hour power cut at Jagti camp, delay in construction of 40 bedded hospital, delay in construction of stadium at Jagti, prevailing insanitation in the camp and other demands which have been brought in the notice of authorities from time to time.
Meanwhile Migrant Cell Samajwadi Party convener, Inder Ji Labroo has extended full support to JTC in its bandh call on August 25 and appealed the camp inmates to observe a total bandh on that day.
