JU starts Diploma in “Composite Culture Management” at ICccR & HRM

JAMMU, Sept 11: International Centre for Cross Cultural Management and Human Resource Management (ICccR & HRM), University of Jammu, is starting one year PG Diploma course in “Composite Culture Management” in the Faculty of Business Studies from the current academic session.
The application for the course is currently open. The candidates with Masters in any discipline are eligible for this course  under the UGC Innovative Programme-Teaching and Research in Interdisciplinary and Emerging Areas.
The programme offers a unique opportunity for the Post Graduate students from all disciplines to grab a quick overview of management and business.
According to Professor Neelu Rohmetra, Director, ICccR & HRM and Coordinator for the programme,  through this course the students shall be exposed to issues related to diversity management, cross – cultural psychology, strategic and marketing issues in the international context, multiculturalism, and other such multiple perspectives of working globally. She informed that it is for the first time that any institution in the country is offering such course for the post graduate students and hence is indeed an opportunity for the students of Jammu & Kashmir to add value to their existing profile and expertise.
International Centre for Cross Cultural Management and Human Resource Management has successfully organized three international conferences in this domain and has invited both international and national speakers of repute.
The Centre also offers certificate courses in the related areas and has also undertaken research projects.
