JAMMU, Sept 11: Surbhi Chalotra of the Department of Physics has been declared elected as Secretary of Jammu University Students Cultural Council.
She was declared elected after the elections amongst the Departmental Cultural Secret-aries of JU for the year 2015-16.
Suneedhi Sharma of the Department of Mathematics, Kamini of the Department of Punjabi and Hempreet Kour of the Department of Computer Science & IT were elected as Joint Secretary of the Cultural Council.
Prof S K. Pandita, Dr Sanjay Gupta and Dr Ab Rashid Manhas acted as Election Commissioner, Presiding Officer and Returning Officer respectively.
