JAMMU, Feb 25: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency today inaugurated Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) district office at Akhnoor.
Jugal, while addressing the gathering on the occasion said BJP is now nationwide largest party and people have good faith in Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. On the directions of Party High Command all the organizational districts of party will set up their offices at district Headquarters. This will strengthen the party and develop a good chain of public relationship, he added.
He advised all the party workers to have sittings in BJP district office and route all the activities from there. He said that Modi Government is taking bold steps one by one in benefit of nation and launched various Central sponsored schemes. He also said that Bharatiya Janata Party is largest party in the world and all the district offices will serve as branches to a big tree.
Jagdish Bhagat district president, BJP Akhnoor welcomed Member of Parliament and complimented him for giving moral support to party workers.
Rajeev Sharma, Ex MLA Akhnoor and Krishan Bhagat Ex MLA Khour appraised the achievements done by the efforts of which included starting work on four lanning of Jammu -Akhnoor four road, bridge over river Chenab, giving benefits to border people, construction of bunkers and many more and requested him that his frequent visits will increase development in both the constituencies.
Sham Lal Sharma former Minister read charter of demands in front of Member of Parliament and said that a bold step should be taken to provide State domicile to the youth of Jammu. Member of Parliament assured him that soon his demand would be redressed.
Ex VC Kissan Board, Daljeet Singh, State media secretary, Suraj Singh, Mandal presidents Manga Ram, Sukhdev Singh, Ram Lal, Sham Lal, Jagan Nath, BDC Chairmen Sushma,Neha Rajput, Rahul, corporators and senior BJP leaders, Sarpanches & Panches were present at the occasion.
