JAMMU, Sept 7: Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Member of Parliament from Jammu, Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency visited village Phinder in RS Pura constituency and laid foundation stone of Phinder bridge along with approach road in RS Pura Constituency.
Jugal Kishore Sharma while addressing the gathering said that Phinder bridge over Choi was genuine demand of inhabitants of the area and it will get completed in languishing project funded by J&K Development Finance Corporation Limited. The bridge is stretched over the span of 12 meters and project cost is Rs1.48 crore including approach roads which connects the major part of rural area. The inhabitants of the area are facing many problems due to non existence of bridge and road, he added.
He said even students have to face hardships but now people will get connected and move easily through the bridge and road. He also listened the problems and demands of people of the area and assured them that all the issues and problems would be solved soon.
Jugal said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is doing a great job to fulfill the demand of the people majorly situated in rural and laid a great stress to provide rural connectivity and to complete all pending pojects. Nitin Gadkari Union Minister of Road and Highways has made a great achievement to connect urban as well as rural parts of the country, he added and complemented both PM and Gadkari for sanctioning this project under Central Road Funds (CRF).He also said that abrogation of Article 370 & 35A from J&K is the major decision of the Government to pave a way to bring prosperity and development for the people.
