Jugal leads Amrit Kalash Yatra in district Rajouri

RAJOURI, Sept 15: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha Jammu along with senior leaders of BJP, Dev Raj Sharma, Thakur Randhir Singh, Vinod and others toured Brevi, Solki, Dhalyote, Balli, Kalakote, Koteranka and adjoining areas of district Rajouri and led Amrit Kalash Yatra under “Meri Maati Mera Desh” programme in various areas of district today.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while speaking on the occasion said that “Our soil has witnessed countless struggles, sacrifices and triumphs in the journey towards independence and progress. It has borne the sacrifices of countless heroes who fought valiantly for the nation’s honor. He said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has great vision who initiated a nationwide drive “Meri Maati Mera Desh,” Veeron ko Vandan in order to pay tribute to those braves who sacrificed their lives for the nation”.
He said today, “We are the followers of Bharat’s rich legacy and it is our responsibility to nurture and protect the values that make our land unique. He said “Our diversity is our strength, and it is through unity that we will continue to shine on the global stage”. We participated in “Meri Maati Mera Desh” programme and let us pledge to be active contributors to the growth and prosperity of our nation”.
Jugal collected the soil from the house of the martyrs in the pot and paid tribute to them. He urged all the party workers and public to lead this Amrit Kalash Yatra in every Ward, village and Panchayat and collected soil from the every household which is taken upto Delhi for Amrit Van.
BDC Babu Khan, Mandal presidents BJP Anil Singh, Bladev Singh, Rampal, Vikram, senior BJP leaders, Sunil Verma, Bikram Sharma, Rakesh Sharma, Pandit Tilak Raj, Ramesh Chander, Vikram Singh,Ayub Khan Pehalwan, Thakur Gurdeb Singh, Ser Din, Amit Sharma, Manzoor Naik, Sarpanch Dewan Singh, Ranjit Singh, Parkash and others were also present on the occasion.
