Jugal sanctions Rs 10 lakh for Ranpat Dev Sathan at Birpur

JAMMU, Feb 9: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament Lok Sabha from Jammu -Poonch constituency visited village Birpur, Bari Brahmana in Vijaypur Constituency and inaugurated Toilet Complex at Dev Sathan and also sanctioned Rs 10 lakh for Kitchen shed-cum-hall at Data Talab at Birpur in Vijaypur constituency.
Jugal Kishore Sharma performed worship and Aarti at Data Ranpat Dev Ji Shrine and inaugurated toilet complex constructed at Data Talab under MPLAD. While speaking on the occasion, he said that Data Ranpat Dev Ji, holy Shrine is visited by many people every day. Two major baradaries Charak Baradri and Sadotra Baradari majorly along with local residents visit Data Ji Shrine. He said that people have faith in the pond and used to take bath on the eve of important days according to Hindu calendar.
Member of Parliament said that demand for development of shrine was raised by committee members and people of local area and today their demand of construction of Toilet Complex is fulfilled. He appreciated the work done by the Committee members and residents and announced Rs 10 lakh for construction of kitchen-cum-multipurpose shed under Member of Parliament local area Development Scheme. He said that Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is committed to equal development and he is also putting his share in developmental projects.
Senior BJP leader, Jai Sharma, Mandal president Attresh Dutta, president Committee Swarn Singh Charak, general secretary, Prem Nath, Rakesh Kumar, Master Harbans Dogra, Sohan Sharma, Jagdev Singh, Dwarka Nath, Madan Lal and others were also present at the occasion.
