JAMMU, Aug 28: Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Member of Lok Sabha from Jammu- Poonch Parliamentary constituency along with Ex MLA, Krishan Lal and senior leaders of the party visited border villages Thanger Sailan Wali, Bardoh, Jogwan, Theh Kamdheeni, Syuni, Nathal and Majam in Chamb constituency and took stock of damages and losses occurred due to firing by Pakistan.
Jugal met with various families residing along the border area and took stock of damage of houses and cattle during border firing from Pakistan. He said that after abrogation of Article 370 & 35A from Jammu and Kashmir neighboring country is doing very cowardice and shameful acts causing damage to life and property on this side. People residing in the border areas are very brave and facing these situations with great courage.
He listened to the problems faced by the people in border villages and said that after abrogation of Article 370 and 35A the State will now speed up towards the development. Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister, Amit Shah has taken a great decision and this will prove as boon to the people of Jammu and Kashmir State.
Member of Parliament also distributed free gas connections, gas stove and cylinders to the families at village Bardoh during his tour.
People at various places welcomed Member of Parliament and thanked Modi Government for removing Article 370 from the State. They also enlisted their problems to Member of Parliament and he sanctioned Rs 12 lakh for development works.
Ex MLA Chamb constituency, Dr Krishan Lal said that border firing is very unfortunate and shelling causes a great loss to the life and property. He said that by demolishing of Article 370 the face of the State will get changed and we don’t have to suffer from unfortunate firings.
State media secretary, Suraj Singh, State SC Morcha, president Jagdish Bhagat, district president, BJP Manmohan Singh, Mandal president, Jagan Nath, Sarpanches & Panches, Suresh, Ajay, Govind Ram,Vijay and others also accompanied MP during tour.
