JURSEA delegation calls on Minister for Education

JAMMU, Mar 9: A delegation of Jammu University Research Scholar’s Executive Association (JURSEA), called on Minister for Education Naeem Akhter and apprised him about some of burning issues of students and scholars.
The delegation, led by JURSEA president Sukhdev Singh stressed the need for renovation of hostel complex, hygienic atmosphere in the hostels, enhancement of scholarship, establishing separate hostel for Girl Scholars, better facilities in Central Library, health centre and Wi-Fi connectivity for Research Scholars/Students in Jammu University.
The Minister gave a patient hearing to the scholars and assured that he would take appropriate steps for creating a conducive atmosphere on the campus.
Among those, who were part of the delegation, included, Manali Sharma, Jyoti Kumari, Sunny Babber, Gopal Rajput, Neeha Choudhary, Vikram Madhyal and Qayoom Malik.
