JAMMU, Sept 4: Gover-nment in consultation with Chief Justice of J&K High Court has nominated Justice Alok Aradhe as Executive Chairman of the State Legal Services Authority (SLSA) constituted vide SRO 68 dated February 18, 1998.
According to the order, the nomination shall be for a period of three years. The order has been issued by the Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause B of Sub-Section 2 of Section 3 of the J&K Legal Services Authorities Act, 1997 and in supersession of Notification SRO-91 dated February 15, 2018.
