JAMMU, Apr 1: Activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) here today staged a protest demonstration demanding restoration of Statehood to J&K with special status and regularization of daily wagers.
The protest was led by JWAM leader, Sunil Dimple who said that J&K Government has no policy for the regularization of the daily wagers, VDC Members, SPO and others like these.
He claimed that they sent many memorandums to PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and J&K LG, Manoj Sinha over the rising unemployment in J&K and regularization of all daily wagers, SPOs, VDC members etc.
The JWAM leader extended full support to the protesting CISF-BSF aspirants.
Manjeet Anand, Sachin Soi, Rajesh Tall, Satpal Sharma, Arjun, Ajay, Om Parksh Sharma, Rajinder Sharma, Ajay Mehta, Rupesh Bhat, Satpal Kohli, Tara Chand and others were also present in the protest.
