JWAM demands statehood restoration to J&K

JAMMU, June 21: Activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) here today staged a protest demonstration demanding restoration of statehood to J&K with special status.
The protest was led by JWAM president, Sunil Dimple who said that all the invited political parties like NC, Congress, PDP, BJP, Apni Party etc should deliver an official statement on statehood and special status before the all party meet.
The JWAM leader asked Congress, National Conference, PDP, Apni Party and others not to compromise on the restoration of statehood with special status.
Harbans Tondon, Ram Kapoor, Rakesh Pandoh, Sanjay Gupta, Pawan Kumar, Sandeep, S. Randhir Singh Bali, Divanshu and many others were also present in the protest.
