JWAM stages protest, demands start of internet services

JAMMU, Dec 5: Activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) here today staged a protest demonstration demanding start of internet services in Jammu.
The protest demonstration was led by JWAM leader, Sunil Dimple who said that people of J&K are being deprived of their fundamental rights on one hand while on the other hand Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Home Minister, Amit Shah have claimed on the floor of the Parliament that situation in J&K is normal.
Dimple alleged that youths, traders and all section of the society are suffering badly due to snapping of internet services in J&K.
“If the internet service is not restored soon, we will start an agitation,” he further said.
Dimple also demanded Statehood and special status for J&K and claimed that due to no popular Government in J&K all the section of society are leading a miserable life and facing a lot of hardships.
Vijay Verma, J.M Gupta, Rajinder Sharma, Vijay Dogra, Neeraj Kumar, Sita Ram Rakwal, Surinder, Rajinder Bhargav, S. Gurdayal Singh, Bablu and others were also present in the protest demonstration.
