JWF demands essential commodities for needy families

JAMMU, May 10: Jammu Warriors Front (JWF) Chairman, Rajesh Gupta has appealed to the Lieutenant Governor of J&K, G.C Murmu to ease common man’s pain, burdens and financial anxieties.
In a handout Gupta emphasized upon the need of making available all essential commodities to middle class families who are worst sufferers of the ongoing lockdown and can’t stand in queues.
Gupta further appealed to the Government to provide Rs. 10,000 aid to the middle class families affected by the lockdown.
The JWF Chairman demanded concrete relief measures for the larger section of the society whose livelihood has been affected by ongoing lockdown.
He urged upon the J&K LG to provide three month free ration and other essential commodities to the needy people.
“In absence of assured supply of essential commodities, price check and financial package, we cannot win war against COVID-19,” he claimed.
