JAMMU, May 16: Shaleen Kabra, Commissioner Secretary Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports, has been given the additional charge of the Administrative Secretary Health and Medical Education Department as services of the incumbent Manoj Kumar Dwivedi are placed at the disposal of Government of India for his appointment as Director in the Department of Personnel and Training, Union Ministry of Personnel, PH and Pensions.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department (GAD).
Meanwhile, the Government also ordered transfer and posting of two KAS officers with immediate effect.
Ravinder Bhat, Additional Secretary Labour and Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal against an available vacancy while Dr Ghulam Nabi Itoo, OSD with the Minister for Social Welfare, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Forest Department.
Atul Gupta, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jammu Municipal Corporation, is transferred and posted as Special Assistant to the Minister for Social Welfare.
