JAMMU, Nov 3: Government today appointed Kafeel Ahmad Ferozi, incharge Chief Architect, J&K Architects Organization, as the Inquiry Officer (IO), to inquire into the allegations levelled against Ghulam Mohammad Dar, the then Deputy General Manager, Housing Unit-II Srinagar.
“In terms of Rule-33(4) of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 1956, Kafeel Ahmad Ferozi, incharge Chief Architect, J&K Architects Organization, is hereby appointed as Inquiry Officer to conduct a detailed inquiry into the charges levelled against Ghulam Mohammad Dar, the then Deputy General Manager, Housing Unit-II, Srinagar (presently attached in the office of the Commissioner SMC),” read an order issued by Housing and Urban Development Department.
The Inquiry officer in the case has been asked to submit the inquiry report to the Housing and Urban Development Department within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of the order on November 2, 2023.
