Kailash made Co-chairperson of ASSOCHAM National Council

JAMMU, June 30: Son of the soil, Kailash Pati Sharma, VP Schneider Electric has been again made the Co-chairperson of ASSOCHAM National Council on Electronics & Components for India.
A handout stated that Kailash Pati Sharma has been serving the nation by building best business models and by bringing quality and customer satisfaction which has propelled the industry image and Make In India story.
“K.P Sharma is also chairperson of Technical Committee for MSME Competitive (Lean) Scheme of Ministry of MSME and Board Member in NABT (National Accreditation Board of Technical Education),” the handout maintained adding: “Sharma has been supporting J&K also on many industrial efforts and he has also initiated electronics industry cluster in J&K.”
During discussion, he shared that he will do all efforts to bring industry to J&K so that manufacturing of electronics and electrical appliances and components can go high making J&K self dependent on these products and creating jobs for youth of J&K and Ladakh.
Sharma has created solar experience centre in J&K which will be dedicated to the government.
The handout further stated that as unemployment is increasing, focus is required on true skilling in India and Sharma is in touch with Rajiv Ranjan (MD Skills J&K) for that.
Kailash also focussed to work with J&K ASSOCHAM under the leadership of Manik Batra for stepping up efforts for MSME.
