Kalsotra asks West Pak refugees to be ready for struggle

JAMMU Feb 2: A function was organized by West Pakistani Refugee Front at Swankha wherein Front Chairman Labha Ram Gandhi along with other leaders welcomed R. K. Kalsotra, State president of All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC Organizations (J&K).
While addressing the function, Labha Ram Gandhi apprised the gathering  about the moral support that has been given to the Front demands by  Kalsotra and even apprised that he accompanied them and joined Parliament Gherao several times for the settlement of their issues and was also present when  Confederation submitted its demands to the then Prime Ministers several times.
Even Kalsotra warned to gherao the State Assembly for issues pertaining to their demands. Gandhi apprised that during his service he helped a lot and now after retirement they have more expectations from him. Front felicitated him on his superannuation from the bank services and  the main dignitaries who felicitated him in the function included Labha Ram Gandhi, S. Jaswant Singh, Sukhdev Singh Manhas, Darshan Lal, Surinder Lal, Bahadur Lal, Sheelo Devi, Rattno Devi,  Ajit Singh Adyal, M.R. Bangotra, Bishan Dass, Rajinder Singh Manhas, Sawn Kumar and others.
All the speakers of the Front assured to support the Confederation president Kalsotra for the welfare and the improvement of the pathetic condition of families of the Front.
In his address Kalsotra asked the members to be united for struggle. He apprised the gathering that their fight is not an easy task because all successive Governments and a large number of State Subject holder are not in their favour and not interested for them and their family welfare and majority of those are against them. There is a reason behind it that majority of refugees are SC’s and OBCs.
