JAMMU, Oct 26: A book titled ‘Hirkhein Di Chhan’, written by Kalu Ram Salgotra, was released here today during a function organized by Duggar Manch.
Eminent Dogri writer, Narsingh Dev Jamwal presided over the book release function while MLA Dr Krishan Lal Bhagat was chief guest on the occasion.
Dr Bansi Lal presented a paper on the occasion while a musical programme on Kalu Ram’s poetry was presented by C S Katal and party.
Mohan Singh, president of the Duggar Manch, highlighted the contribution of Kalu Ram as a poet.
Vote of thanks was presented by Shiv Dev Sushil while Sunita Badwal conducted the programme.
