To conduct the election process, Dr Karminder Singh Dhillon from Indonesia was appointed as the presiding officer. During the meeting, Harjeet Singh Grewal was elected as the secretary, and Harsaran Singh was chosen as the treasurer. Additionally, Paramjit Singh Bedi from America and Ram Singh Rathore from India were elected as vice-presidents.
On this occasion, the GSC executive committee election also took place, appointing prominent leaders from various regions. The elected executive committee members included Jagir Singh from Malaysia, Satnam Singh Poonia from United Kingdom, Gurdayal Singh from France, Kirandeep Kaur Sandhu from Nepal, and Harbirpal Singh Bhatia from Australia. Lord Inderjit Singh will continue serving as chairman of the advisory board, providing guidance and sharing his experience with the organization.

Notably, the GSC was formed as an alliance of National Sikh organizations globally at the first AGM held in Australia in 2014. Its purpose is to promote, propagate, and strengthen values and policies in accordance with the teachings enshrined in the Guru Granth Sahib and the Sikh Rehat Maryada, which was approved by the Panth in 1945.
