JAMMU, Apr 29: Parmodh Kapahi, councilor of Ward No 14 and senior BJP leader has been appointed by the Party as chief whip of BJP in the General House meetings of Jammu Municipal Corporation.
This was stated in a handout issued by the Office of Mayor JMC here, today. It said the decision was taken by the High Command of J&K BJP to ensure smooth and efficient conduct of business on the floor of General House so that a close liaison is maintained with the elected members of the ruling party as well as opposition members.
