JAMMU, Sept 11: Rohit Kapoor, an Advocate and Consultant on “Pre-Post Award Contract Legal Management” and FIDIC, registered with Asian Development Bank for Asia Pacific Region, will be making a presentation on the subject of “Legal Risk Management in Construction Contracts” in a conference being organized by International Business Network Management at New Delhi on October 19 and 20, 2012.
