Karan kick starts development works

JAMMU, Oct 11: On the directions of BJP State president and MLA, Jammu West, Sat Sharma, State vice president, BJYM (Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha) and Incharge, Jammu West, Karan Sat Sharma along with JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) officials, senior functionaries of the party kick started developmental works at Rehari Chungi area of Ward No 9.
The works will be done under the supervision of JMC at an estimated cost of Rs 3.25 lakh and works included construction of new drain alongside main Rehari Chungi market and a lane under the plan.
Speaking on the occasion, Karan Sat Sharma said that due to the efforts of our MLA, the whole Constituency is witnessing development running in all spheres of Jammu West and projects worth hundred crore of Rupees have been done in the Constituency and in many areas works are in progress which will also be completed in a stipulated period of time.
Appreciating the efforts of JMC and its officials for speedily looking into the grievances of the masses and solving it on priority basis, he stated that the keen interest of officials concerning development in all spheres of Jammu West is also the reason that Jammu West is moving towards an era of development which was not witnessed during the regime of previous Governments in the State.
He also stressed upon promoting “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan” and appealed everyone to spare some time every week or every day to clean their surroundings so that a clean and green nation could be build in coming times.
