KARGIL, June 5: In order to promote tourism in Kargil district and to give the visiting tourists firs thand information about various tourist related events and activities, the Tourism Department LAHDC, Kargil has come out with a tourist map of the district containing detailed information about popular tourist spots, heritage sites, historical monuments, important trekking routes etc.
The map was released by Chairman Legislative Council, Haji Annayat Ali in presence of Executive Councilor for Agriculture and Zanskar Affairs LAHDC Kargil Tsering Angdus, Ex- Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC Kargil, Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan, Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Haji Hassan Khan and several district Officers here at a function today.
