JAMMU, Apr 25: The days after Congress appointed former Prime Minister and senior AICC leader Dr Manmohan Singh as the head of the committee on Kashmir, Dr Singh held a one on one meeting with senior Congress leader from Kashmir Tariq Hamid Karra in New Delhi.
Though the details of the meeting were not known immediately, however, Dr Singh got a first hand feed back of the ground situation in Kashmir from Karra.
He also had a close-door meeting with Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi. The two leaders also understood to have discussed the party affairs in J&K and the current situation prevailing in Valley.
