JAMMU, Aug 18: Newly appointed JK PCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra shall arrive Srinagar tomorrow and Jammu on Tuesday, a party spokesperson said today.
Karra was appointed as JKPCC president on August 16 by the Congress high command. This will be his first visit after being appointed as PCC chief. Karra will arrive Srinagar from New Delhi at 11 AM and will be accorded a rousing reception at airport. He will straight way go to PCC Headquarter at MA Road Srinagar and address party workers while reviewing preparations for the recently announced assembly elections.
Next day, on Tuesday, Karra will arrive here from Srinagar by 12 Noon and will be accorded rousing reception at airport by the party leaders and workers. He will straight way go to Congress Headquarter at Shaheedi Chowk Jammu, where he will briefly address party workers at 12.30 PM. Karra shall be accompanied by two working presidents Tara Chand and Raman Bhalla besides other senior leaders of JKPCC, the spokesperson added.
