Kashmir integral part of India, no talks: KPC

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Mar 5: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) has expressed its concern over the muddling of some mainstream politicians in the State and the country in the affairs of Jammu & Kashmir, un-necessarily.
The KPC in a meeting at New Delhi today held under the chairmanship of its president Kundan Kashmiri said these parties and leaders are pitching for Kashmir and batting for dialogue with section of Kashmiri Muslims and Pakistan, which gives to understand that they were the only stakeholders and all others in the State were not relevant at all.
KPC said that these main stream politicians are overlooking the gory aspect of the situation and sympathizing with those who have unleashed hate and break-India movement in Kashmir on the ground that J&K is a Muslim-majority State and Pakistan is its right claimant.
Reacting over the statement of former Foreign Minister, Yashwant Sinha here at New Delhi yesterday over a book release function, that Kashmiris are alienated and talks needed to be initiated with them and Pakistan, Kundan Kashmiri said that all those politicians who favour dialogue with separatists and Pakistan must understand that India is a sovereign State and the only stakeholder in Jammu & Kashmir was and is the Indian nation and the nationalist and not those who want disintegrate India.
He said KPC totally rejected the concept of Azadi, greater Autonomy, self-rule, repeal of Central laws from the State or any separation from India and accepts accession of Kashmir with India full and final, having no scope to debate or discuss.
He said KPC is for abrogation of Article 370 to fully integrate J&K with rest of the India and also reject any negotiation or talks on our part of Kashmir at national and International level, in particular, with Pakistan, Hurriyat and other separatists.
