SRINAGAR, Sept 26: Mushtaaque Ali Ahmad Khan, Festival Director, Kashmir World Film Festival, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Khan apprised the Governor about the second edition of the upcoming Kashmir World Film Festival which is to be organised in the month of November this year in Srinagar.
Governor appreciated Khan’s endeavours towards the revival of film culture in Kashmir. He observed that such festivals, besides providing an opportunity to the public to view world class cinema, also provide a platform to the local film makers to showcase their creative talents and appreciate the finer aspects of quality film making.
