JAMMU, June 10: A two-day long “Kashmir YouTube Festival” organized to honour the top YouTube creators of Kashmir concluded here today in Srinagar.
The event was presented by Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Chandigarh in association with Fashion Fiesta, HK Hyundai and organised by Aadam’s Apple. The highlights of these two days fest were exhibitions, stalls, entertainment, fan meet ups and red carpet walks.
The Deputy Director, Tribal Affairs Department, Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. Abdul Khabir was the chief guest on the conclusion ceremony whereas Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges was the guest of honour. More than 80 YouTube creators of Kashmir gathered and performed on a single platform during the two day event.
Dr. Abdul Khabir in his address said that Kashmiri YouTube artists are doing wonderful job and inspiring the youth. He equally appreciated the Aryan Group for their remarkable role in education of the tribal students outside Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr. Anshu Kataria said that Aryans always organise and participates in such events. Last year too, Aryans has organised “Stars of Kashmir” where around 50 artists were honoured. He said the institute have majority of students from J&K which are not only academically strong but they are making the valley proud by doing Innovations too.
Aryans Group also organised two days scholarship Mela, where the selected students would get 10 % to 100 % scholarship on merit basis in different courses including Engineering, Law, Management, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, B. Ed, BBA and BCA.
