Kashmiri leaders responsible for present crisis: AMCCC

JAMMU, Sept 3: Holding Kashmiri politicians responsible for present crisis in Valley, All Migrant Camps Coordination Committee (AMCCC) today said that Kashmiri based political parties are responsible for present turmoil.
In a statement issued here today, president of the AMCCC Desh Rattan said that his organization held a meeting at Jagti today to deliberate over prevailing situation in the Valley. He said all Kashmir based political parties blackmailed India since 1947.
He held Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah and Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru responsible for Kashmir problem, saying the Kashmir crisis is the outcome of the wrong policies adopted by the two leaders.
He said NC sowed the seeds of division by taking a banner of revolt against the Maharaja. He said the Kashmiri leadership kept people in dark and exploited them for their vested interests. Holding NC responsible, he said it created a confusion among the people of Kashmir that accession was not final but conditional and the successive Chief Ministers since then till date could not eliminate this doubt by telling people in clear terms that J&K is integral part of India and there can be no special concession to the State.
