KATHUA, Nov 8: Continuing the drive against the arrest of absconders, Kathua police today succeeded in arresting one absconder who was evading arrest for the last two years and JMIC Court Kathua has issued arrest warrants against him U/S 512 CRPC.
He has been identified as Malkeet Singh, son of Jaswant Singh of Lacchipura tehsil and district Kathua.
He is involved in case FIR No 209/2000 U/s 341, 323, 324/34 RPC, 4/25 Arms Act and case FIR No 293/2009, U/s 323/325 RPC P/S Kathua.
