Kathua police recovers 24 Android phones

KATHUA, Apr 17: Kathua police with the aim to extend public services recovered 24 Android Mobile Phone Handsets with a purchase value approximately of Rs 2,65,500 for which missing complaints were registered in various Police Stations of district Kathua.
SSP Kathua, Shivdeep Singh Jamwal along with other officers today handed over these recovered mobile handsets to their rightful owners after proper verifications. These phones have been recovered by using technical assistance.
On receiving their missing/lost mobiles phones, the owners felt elated and expressed their gratitude towards Kathua Police and especially to SSP Kathua for their arduous efforts in tracing out their missing mobiles.
Missing mobile phones belonged to owners who are from Kathua district. These mobile phones have been recovered from different areas of Kathua.
Locals of the district appreciated the role of Kathua Police.
