Kathua police recovers missing boy

Jammu, June 4: Kathua police helped to recover a missing boy from Lucknow, U.P. Vikas Johnny son of Pawan Kumar R/o PWD Colony Kathua age 18 years went missing on since April 30.
In order to gain information about the missing boy, Kathua police issued several advertisements in newspapers, however, to no effect. On 01.06.2013, police received information that Vikas was in Lucknow and possibly being held by some miscreants.
Acting swiftly, Kathua police requested to SHO of PS Hussainganj Lucknow to immediately take custody of Vikas. Simultaneously a team from PS Kathua headed by PSI Rakesh Kumar was dispatched for Lucknow alongwith some relatives of Vikas. The missing boy was reunited with his parents yesterday and the party returned to Kathua today.
