KATHUA, Mar 13: Police in Kathua have traced out one girl who was missing since March 1, this year and reunited her with family members.
Police said on March 1 a missing report was lodged at Police Station (PS) Basohli by the one Gurdev Singh stating that his daughter namely Versha Rani of Plakh, tehsil Basohli is missing. Accordingly a missing report was lodged at PS Basohli vide GDR No. 10 dated 01.03.2022 and search was started to trace her.
Acting instantly on the missing report the girl was traced out today. Thereafter she was handed over to her legal heirs after completion of all formalities.
Family members have applauded the swift action and timely intervention of Kathua Police.
