Kavinder makes frontal attack on PDP leadership

JAMMU, July 31: Senior BJP leader and former Dy.CM, Kavinder Gupta slammed the recent statements given by PDP leaders in the Srinagar and Jammu on the events of its Foundation Day celebrations. Gupta while addressing a function in Pathankot, Punjab organised by Mahajan Sabha slammed the PDP leaders for their statements.
He said the former CM of the State Mehbooba Mufti is in frustration due to rebellion in the party against her and her family. Gupta, while making a scathing attack on PDP said that the party is now a “paralysed and defected party”.
Referring to former Chief Minister and PDP president, Mehbooba Mufti he said she again has started to provide oxygen to separatist and militancy which is totally un-accepted to BJP and the nation. He also termed her statements as anti-national.
Gupta, while addressing the delegates of the Mahajan Sabha, said that the programs of get together of the Sabha should be arranged on bi-annual basis and Sabha should get involved in the other activities of social importance. The delegates should spread the message of brotherhood in their respective areas and help the needy people. He also stressed on the moral education to the children at home.
Later in the evening Gupta met many delegations at his residence in Jammu, and listened to their problems. He assured them that all their genuine demands should be met out soon.
