JAMMU, July 23: BJP Government is committed to welfare of all sections of society, while ensuing equal opportunity and growth to every needy person, said former Deputy CM and senior BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta.
Kavinder Gupta and Priya Sethi, former Minister accompanied by Ankush Gupta, in charge RMSA were listening to the public grievances at BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar here, today.
People in the form of deputations from Uri, Drass Kargil, Rajiv Nagar Jammu, Narwal Bala, Green Belt Park Gandhi Nagar, Satwari and other parts of Jammu & Kashmir visited the BJP Headquarters, to share their day-to-day grievances concerning the personal and development related issues.
Issues presented were related to compensation to bomb blast victims from Drass, health related, upgradation of lanes & drains, PMAY, security related and other issues.
Kavinder, while listening to the grievances of the visiting deputations, said that BJP Government is committed to welfare of all sections of society, while ensuing equal opportunity and growth to every needy person. He said that the needy people earlier remained neglected and oppressed due to the wrong policies of previous Congress, NC and PDP led Governments.
“While Congress damaged the nation as a whole, NC and PDP along with Congress destroyed Jammu & Kashmir, looted its resources and made the lives of people miserable”, said Kavinder Gupta.
Priya Sethi, on the occasion, said that with the high responsiveness and commitment to the masses, BJP senior leaders are daily attending the public grievances at the party Headquarters. She said that the general public has limited access to the information, time and resources to deal with their day-to-day issues, especially regarding the Government departments. BJP has continuously tried to fill that gap and these grievances camps are a way to provide the people opportunity to address their issues.
Ankush Gupta shared that many people in the form of deputations visited the party headquarters to present their issues. He said that most of the issues presented were solved on the spot.
