JAMMU, Feb 13: Apni Trade Union UT president, Ajaz Kazmi today criticized the Horticulture Department’s order for removing Rehris from Narwal Fruit and Vegetable market, here.
Kazmi said that the poor people had been earning their livelihood from their Rehris by selling fruits and vegetables. However, the steps taken by the Horticulture Dept are shocking, who forget that their decision would snatch the source of earning of the people, he said.
He criticized the decision of the Horticulture Dept and demanded that the decision to remove the Rehries from the Narwal fruit-vegetable market should be re-considered.
He said that if the decision is not reviewed, they will come on the roads in support of the vendors.
