JAMMU, Oct 8: KC International School (KCIS) today organized a 3-day book exhibition for the students and staff of the school.
The exhibition being conducted by Scholastic India Private Limited is aimed at inculcating good reading habits in the students and to help them to be fluent in the use of English language. The students will be able to browse through the books during the exhibition.
On display there is a wide range of books from Indian and International publishers. These books are age specific and curriculum relative. The exhibition is showcasing various titles of books i.e. story, fictions, general awareness, novels, etc.
Principal of the school, Dr Ravi Bhushan while inaugurating the book fair said, “A great book should leave you with many experiences. You live several lives while reading. Children who read, do better in all aspects of schooling and beyond.”
The students of KCIS visited the exhibition and enjoyed the world of books.
