KDD for security to package, Hindu employees

JAMMU, June 3: BJP Kashmir Displaced District today while highlighting various steps taken by Narendra Modi Government for welfare of Kashmiri Pandits during last eight years of its Government, has appealed it to take immediate steps for protecting the lives of all PM package employees and other Hindu employees serving in Kashmir.
While presenting the report card of Modi Government at a press conference here today, BJP Displaced District president, Chand Bhat told reporters that in interim and regular budget of 2014 and 2015 Rs 500 crore and Rs 2000 crore were earmarked for rehabilitation and improvement of migrant camps , recruitment process for PM package employees was enhanced which was delayed for years, 6000 accommodations for PM package employees were approved and is under progress, two time monthly cash assistance was enhanced in favour of relief holders from Rs 1650 to 3250 per soul, for political empowerment for displaced Pandits two MLCs from the community were appointed and recommendation by Delimitation Commission for two representatives to Legislative Assembly was made.
Chand Ji Bhat said the Distress Sale Act was given the teeth and web portal launched to reclaim the left over properties and 700 cases were solved, institutions roads and parks were named on martyrs of displaced community, dispensary at Jagti township was upgraded, RBA and EWS certificates were restored for displaced people, those KPs who have left the Valley since 1944 were made entitled for domicile, besides, daughters married outside J&K were also entitled to domicile, displaced community members were given benefit of Ayushman Bharat Insurance and M Forms for voting were put to an end.
