The Panun Kashmir leadership which made the demand during a press conference here today also appealed the RSS leadership to give a clarion call  for the resettlement of exiled Pandits in Kashmir Valley as per their geo political aspirations as enunciated in the historic Margdarshan resolution of 1991.
The press conference was jointly addressed by PK president, Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, A. K. Dewani, senior leader and Virender Raina, national spokesperson-PK.
Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo,  while advocating for abrogation of Article 370 said that the Article infringes the fundamental rights of the Indian citizens in context of Jammu and Kashmir State in many ways. He on behalf of  PK expressed its deep appreciation of the contributions of  RSS in nation building since its inception and towards the Kashmiri Pandit community in the post exodus period of its ethnic cleansing from the Valley.
A.K.Dewani, Senior leader said that the great Indian leader Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee offered supreme sacrifice in this part of the country for the cause of total integration of the State with the rest of the nation. Time has come for conferring “Bharat Ratna” on this great son of Mother Bharat.
Virender Raina, national spokesperson, PK said that in the political parlance, Kashmir politicians have tried to befool the vast political class and the general public of the Indian nation by propagating the facade of Kashmiriat all along. The coinage of the so-called Kashmiriat was a deliberate attempt to hoodwink the public opinion to delink Kashmir with its glorious past, ancient history, civilization and the cultural tradition.
Moreover, the people of Jammu, Ladakh and the community of Kashmiri Pandits have to do nothing with this facade of Kashmiriat. All of them owe their allegiance to the Indianness, Indian cultural ethos and the Indian Constitution.
