Srinagar, May 14: Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidhyalya (KGBV) teachers today went on a hunger strike here at Pratap Park to press for their regularization.
They said that their regularization is pending for the last 2 years and they have not been paid salary for the last many months. The teachers also demanded regularization of non-teaching staff. They threatened to go on even a longer hunger strike if their demands were not met by the Government.
