UDHAMPUR, Sept 20: Independent candidate from Udhampur East Assembly Segment, Pawan Khajuria while intensifying his campaign asked the people to support him by casting their vote in his favour and ensuring his victory in the ensuing Assembly elections.
Addressing series of election meetings at Gad Samna Banj, Khoon and other areas he said the people are his trust and faith. “The injustice which I meted for my dedication and as a staunch follower of a party has hurt my feelings. Though the political party which I served for decades ditched me at eleventh hour but I hope the people of my constituency will do justice with me”, he added.
Khajuria assured people that he will be always at their beck and call and serve the people of his constituency with great devotion and dedication. He said with the support of the people he will strive hard to make Udhampur East as a model Assembly segment of the country.
He said the people of Udhampur are his great strength and it is their love and support which encouraged him to join the election fray as an independent candidate and he has full faith on his electorate that they will ensure his victory with a high margin at the hustings.
