Khanna chairs series of party meetings

JAMMU, Nov 14: While concluding his whirlwind two day tour of the Sate for activising the party machinery to organize Lalkar rally of Narendra Modi on December 1, here Member of Parliament & BJP’s J&K Prabhari Avinash Rai Khanna chaired the meeting of Cell Convenors at party Headquarters, here today. The meeting was convened by State Cells Incharge Sat Sharma (C.A).
Mr Khanna while addressing the meeting stressed the importance of making the cells effective and meaningful. He said that since cells in the BJP are constituted to cater to a very specialized group of citizenry and their requirements and needs are different from others and require focused attention, hence the cells are created.  There are no two opinions about the great desire of the people to participate in the rally of Narendra Modi hence the cells should also get active and rally their targeted class of people which would ultimately bear handsome fruits for the party at the hustings.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that all the backup and other facilities which the party workers might require in preparation of the rally, the same should be created by the Cell incharge themselves besides getting possible help from the party.
Sat Sharma (C.A),  said that different cells constituted by the party have been working very effectively  and succeeded in mobilizing a large number of people for getting under the umbrella of BJP. He said that these cells have also undertaken number of programmes aimed at highlighting the problems of different sections and even received appreciations many times for their such social work. He assured that every cell will ensure that maximum people reach MA stadium on December 1 to listen Narendra Modi.
Mr Khanna also chaired a massive meeting at Akhnoor along with National Executive Member Shamsher Singh Manhas, State general secretary Ashok Koul and other leaders.
Meanwhile, State General Kavinder Gupta chaired a meeting at Udhampur, State Treasurer Chander Mohan Gupta  at Sunderbani, BJP State secretary Munish Sharma visited Kishtwar and held series of meetings and State treasurer Pramodh Kapahi alongwith R.S. Pura District President Sat Pal Pappi, chaired a meeting at Arnia.
